About the Role

Overview- A customer service representative is responsible as a liaison where they will
provide information about our products and services, answer questions, and resolve any
issues that may be facing our customer's accounts with precision and efficiency.

Job Duties:
• Assist the clients in every step of the onboarding process.
• Listen and address clients expectations effectively.
• Teach the users how to use the platform and encourage the use of the tools.
• Clarify doubts or questions.
• Resolve possible situations effectively within the teams.
• Communicate, listen and address suggestions from customers.
• Provide solutions to possible problems or needs in a positive way.
• Other tasks assigned according to operational needs.


• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or public health.

• Proficiency in creating presentations, training documents, reports, and analytical graphs.

• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Ability to work independently.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of public health, medical services, or community organizations for profit or non-profit.
