About us

- 02A demo is a 30 to 45 minute presentation in which our team provides an overview of the tools Sociants provides. Coordination of a demonstration: 1. Click on the following link (https://meetings.hubspot.com/luis-torres-villeta/demostracion-compartida-) 2. Enter your email address in the space provided. 3. Click on Start booking. 4. Select the date and time of the demo. 5. Provide your full name, the name of your organization, the social determinants of health your organization works on, and the cities and regions it serves. 6. Click Confirm. 7. You will automatically receive an email with the details of your appointment. Additionally, one of our representatives will contact you shortly to confirm your demo.
- 03When you use Sociants, you will receive push notifications via email and text messages to your mobile phone number. Additionally, you will be able to identify new alerts and notifications in the upper right corner of the Sociants portal. To set up your email or phone number, visit the My Account section and click the Modify Profile button. When you're done, click Update.
- 04At Sociants, our priority is to protect the information of each user and beneficiary of our platform. To achieve this, we implement protections to control who has access to the data and for what purposes. Our legal team is responsible for establishing and managing the legal structures and agreements that ensure that our platform complies with all state and federal regulations related to information sharing. It is our duty and commitment to protect your information and promote the maintenance of the highest degree of confidentiality, privacy and security, in accordance with the standards of the "Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act" (HIPAA). - 05Registering with Sociants and using multiple digital tools for your organization is completely free. Our basic subscription for Community Providers includes: • Two (2) free users. • Access to the Community Provider Directory. • Ability to receive and attend to referrals. • Unlimited digital surveys. • Support resources and user guides. - 06For any questions or problems when setting up your organization's account, you can use our in-platform chat service or send an email to info@sociants.com. One of our representatives will contact you within the next 24 hours.
- 07Sociants can be used in Spanish and English. When you register, you will be able to select your preferred language in the My Account section. You can also change the language by pressing the green button in the upper right corner of the page. If you speak a language other than Spanish or English, please let us know by writing an email to info@sociants.com
- 08Sociants is a digital platform that facilitates the coordination of social assistance services between Community Providers, in order to meet the social needs of the people and communities they serve. p> Sociants offers multiple digital solutions that enable Community Providers to: 1. Identify the social needs of your population 2. Generate and track social assistance referrals 3. Manage digital records 4. Create custom surveys and assessments 5. Assign resource inventories to your programs 6. Generate social impact reports.
- 09Sociants is used by different types of entities that are part of the social assistance system: Community Providers: entities or organizations that have the necessary resources to offer assistance in the community. The health sector: which has the capacity and resources necessary to identify and address the social determinants that affect the health of its beneficiaries. Government agencies: that provide assistance to citizens by offering essential services and community support. Social work students: who participate in the Sociants University program and use innovative technologies to improve the effectiveness of professional social work practice.
