Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT related fields.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Previous experience with team viewer or similar solutions.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Experience using CRM platforms.
Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS Browser tools, etc.)
Basic command prompt/ Terminal usage for troubleshooting (ping, ipconfig, telnet, etc.)
