About the Role

• Assist the client in the use of the platform.
• Clarify doubts or questions.
• Address problems "bugs" effectively.
• Listen to comments and suggestions from customers.
• Provide solutions to possible problems or needs.
• Other tasks assigned according to operational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT related fields.

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.

  • Previous experience with team viewer or similar solutions.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good problem-solving skills.

  • Experience using CRM platforms.

  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS Browser tools, etc.)

  • Basic command prompt/ Terminal usage for troubleshooting (ping, ipconfig, telnet, etc.)
