Over the past year, we've incorporated significant improvements in automation, population analytics, artificial intelligence, data security, accessibility, multilingualism, and operational efficiency. These advancements strengthen our platform and allow us to offer organizations serving vulnerable populations an increasingly robust, reliable solution that is better aligned with their operational realities.

Innovations that redefine case management

Artificial Intelligence at the service of social assistance
We're launching a new generation of digital assistants:
AI Assistant 1.0 It debuted as a chatbot available to registered users.
AI Assistant 2.0 expanded access through an integrated widget for simultaneous use while browsing the platform, in addition to including a new Support section with automatic ticket creation.
These improvements accelerate technology adoption and help organizations respond faster, with less operational friction.
Enhanced user experience: accessibility, flexibility, and personalization
